Yes usually the TV will be restricted first followed by broadband a week later. It's also recommended to contact Sky once you become aware that you won't be able to pay your bill&amp;nbsp; and before your service is restricted to ask Sky if anything can be done to keep your service connected whilst you resolve any financial issue it's not guaranteed but always worth asking.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you know that you are not going to be able to pay on time then you need to call Sky&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3107251"&gt;@An+marie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&amp;nbsp;Give them a call via the free 150 number from your phone. Stay on the line for as long as you can and don't hangup when asked to do so or to go online. When asked why you are calling say technical.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
