Cant pay sky bill and cant get in contact with anyone

Hi, I cant pay my bill for another week, ive tried to contact sky via telephone and im being told i have to pay and set up a direct debit. It wont let me speak to an advisor and explain the situation. There saying there going to terminate my contract which i dont want. Its the first time ive had this issue.

@Peachxl Unless you can get through via a number not linked to your account or by putting 141 before sky's number you will have to pay and setup a new continuous payment method before being able to call sky

if you were aware you would not be able to make payment on time you should have contacted sky before your services were restricted

Your account will only be terminated if your services have been restricted for more than 50 days..
