Someone has cloned my account and is entering sky competitions in their own name and sky programs being recorded on my Q box that have now interest or connection to me.

If someone has access to your online account and are doing this via the MySky and Sky Go apps then try this to kick them out.

First change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

Then go to this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage

If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off!

Is this someone within your household? How would they obtain your Sky login credentials?

A change of password will initially help, and check your Sky Go screens and remove any that are not yours.

That will not stop someone from signing back into Sky Go which is why @ArchaeoGeek needs to do as I posted above.
