Hi,

im wondering how I get my sky q remote replaced, it has stopped working after only 5 months as the batteries in remote exploded and leaked battery acid in to battery housing.

@Robert+r312 you will need to contact Sky either as @brianholt says if you have your phoneline from Sky by dialling 150 or by following this link and scrolling down to need more help then clicking on that
