@jennydog12 if rebooting your main box and mini box doesn't help it may be that the mini is just a bit far from the main box to receive a good signal you can contact Sky and ask for either an engineer to come out or for a booster to be sent which may help

The best solution is to ask SKY Q to take back the sky Q box as it away freezes up - constantly over heating and the TV picture shutters.

Iv spent to much time addressing this above problems with the SKY Q and in the process of canceling a service that is not fit for purpose.

Sky supplied number 1 box and the HD crashed within a few month's.

Sky supplied number 2 box with a external power supply and was more reliable but the HD crashed also.

Now on box 3 and still have the same problems faced over two years.

Sky will always blame the end user even SKY know they have problems with the SKY Q.
