      <description>&lt;P&gt;No pictures coming through (just a black screen with no sound) on subscription channels (any Sky channel, BT sports, Premier Sports etc) on Sky Q box and mini box. Freeview channels are working perfectly. Satellite signal is good, software is up to date, subscriptions are active, network is connected (I have been watching Netflix through the box with no issues). Tried every step in the guide and nothing is working to resolve this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
