Just had Sky Q installed today with the UHD add-on and sky cinema. Every time I try to download a movie or tv show in UHD I get the error 'Sorry, this item is no longer available'. I have updated the audiovisual settings and set to 2160p 10 Bit but still get this error. Saw a previous poster had the same issue and ended up getting a new viewing card to sort. I contacted sky and they said I shouldn't need this but gave me no fix. Any help would be appreciated.

It's possible that your account hasn't been updated with new subscriptions as the install was today.

Account details in mysky show the new package. Maybe it just needs a few hours to kick in on the box. If the same tomorrow I'll give them a call.
