      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have reset everything, still happening daily,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Bt smart hub 2, reset this also still disconnecting but everything else is ok.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem with my new Eero router. Sky Q box keeps losing it's connection to the internet and the connection to the mini boxes is very temperamental. Tried hard resets, changing settings in the sky q box and changing settings in my router. Nothing has worked. I'm really sick of it now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everyday I have to start from scratch with all the setup and it fails by the end of the day anyway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Eero says it's a Sky issues, no doubt sky would say it's a router issue. It seems there's a pattern of Sky Q not working well with the majority of routers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem, I've found the viewing card keeps popping out of the main box is causing the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive taped it back in and it's fixed the fault but now trying to find out if my box is still under warranty is proving difficult&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i turned smart set up off on my router, and also changed sky q from eco mode,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so far it's been fine no disconnecting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hopefully it continues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Thanks for all help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ah yeah, this is very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We got Sky Q two years ago when we moved house, and I wish they let me keep the Sky + HD box instead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This Sky Q is a ruddy pain, with this and other issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a single Sky Q&amp;nbsp; box connected to my TV via HDMI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I currently have the Sky Q connected to the router via ethernet, and the TV itself is also connected to another ethernet port on the same router and that never has any issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I've only had this router and internet provider for a few weeks as we went with a new provider. I have had this 'Not connected to the internet' issue on a frequent basis since we got Sky Q two years ago, and in that time I have tried different equipment and internet suppliers, and been connected via wifi and also ethernet and it happens with all of them, but it's only the Sky Q that has the issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had an engineer come out once, I was at work when he turned up, it didn't fix the issue. Then about 9 months ago when we moved to this current house the engineer then also had a look and couldn't find anything.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's so frustrating, when it says&amp;nbsp;'Not connected to the internet' there are no other devices that have the issue, even more frustrating now that I have the TV and the Sky box both connected to the router via ethernet, when the sky box says there's no internet, I could jump on YouTube or Netflix from the TV without issue. I have tried switching the cables over but it still happens, and it can't be router settings, because it's always been the same no matter what internet provider and router it's been attached too, it's only ever the Sky ! that has connection issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also have the Sky box on a timer switch so it gets powered down for 30 mins over night, which did actually help to lessen the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
