      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my sky q box is stuck on Amber light and the blue q is pulsing.&amp;nbsp; Did hard reset numerous times and still the same. Updates software and the blue q comes back pulsing and still stuck on standby again. Can anyone help or do I need a new box&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
