Instead type 0 0 1 Select to open the hidden menu. From there you can Reset Settings (you won't lose any recordings or preferences) which takes about 20 minutes. See if that helps sort things out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn your mini off at the wall for 30 secs after this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Issue with Sky Q Box and Mini Box</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wonder if people think this is worth me getting in contact with Sky or if this is an intermittent thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over the last week I've had issues with both my Sky Q 2Tb Box and my Mini Box, both have jammed at least 3 times in that period. The main box, twice in a morning when I've got up and once on returning from work, has jammed with a very audible fan noise coming from the box. It is in a cabinet but in it's own slot and plenty of air gaps around it with full opening to the rear. It will not turn on unless I've power cycled the box. Similarly with the Mini Box, when I've gone to it, it's just sat on the Amber light and I've had to power cycle it to get it to work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've probably had them both about 18 months, and I can honestly say in the previous 17 months I've had the same issue once or twice, for it to happen 3 times in the last week or so is unusual so wondering if I've got an issue starting or it's nothing to worry about.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts welcome&lt;/P&gt;</description>
