I am trying to use peloton app on the 2nd tv. I have logged into my peloton account on the main sky q box, but get the message " there are no programmes of this type" when I select the peloton app on the 2nd tv.

I have updated software on the 2nd box. and it performs normally otherwise. I can access netflix for instance.

@azaleaI have looked at the Sky help files this bit gives a clue but unfortunately the link does not give the claimed information.

@azalea reading that link found this faq from Peloton which says if you have a simple digital membership you can only use one device at a time. So I think you may need to sign out on the main Q box app before you can sign in on the Q mini - the rules around apps are not set by Sky so vary and the apps on the minis are separate from those on the main box.

With a peloton digital membership, you can only stream on one device at a time.
If you want to stream on more than one device at a time, you need to move to the more expensive All Access membership.

For it to work with the digital mebership.

You will need to be logged out of your account on the main Sky Q box, before you can setup and/or use the app on your 2nd tv or Sky q mini.

Hi Lettice, no that wasn't the problem. you can be logged into multiple devices at the same time even on the digital only membership. The problem was because my 2nd sky box had been off for a time ( due to moving house) so I needed to switch off the main sky q box and let it 'find' the sky mini box. I've logged into my account on both tvs now and can access classes without problem.

the key thing was that the 'peleton app' wasn't even in the ' featured ' list it was a few lists down. having re initialsed the main box the peleotn app is now found in the 'featured' list.
