I had sky installed yesterday, we have the full package but when trying to watch sky cinema it's telling me I need to upgrade. I've checked my package and bill and sky cinema is on there

I had sky installed yesterday, we have the full package but when trying to watch sky cinema it's telling me I need to upgrade. I've checked my package and bill and sky cinema is on there

@Paulkirsty17 as @Rhonny say Sky Cinema comes in HD as standard.

You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet

If that doesn't work then afraid a call to Sky may be needed to get them to send a refresh signal to your viewing card
