Disney+ can be accessed with a PIN, with parental controls switched on.

My 5 year old has somehow found a way to bypass the PIN entry to access Disney+ content.

We have a Sky Q 1tb box (v2). It has recently had the new software update that includes deeper integration with Disney+. We have full parental controls turned on - pin for all apps, pin before watershed, pin on ratings 12 and above, etc.

With the new software, however, I can view Disney+ content without having to enter a PIN. If I search for something that is on Disney+ From the Sky Q search, or use voice search, and choose , or play in Disney+, it goes straight to the Disney app no does not prompt for a pin. This happens for children's content (which is how my son found how to do this) and content rated above the restrictions I have set. For example, the film Sunshine is rated 16 but it just plays with a PIN.

Have other people noticed this? And how do I report a bug like this to Sky?

@JayBiz Have you set up parental control by logging into the Disney+ via a web browser or the app on tablet or mobile device.

You need to lower the rating as the Disney + is set at 14+ as standard.

Report it by all means if you think it's a bug

Try setting up parental controls on Disney+ using the above method if that doesn't solve it then it must be a bug.
