Bt Sport Pixelating

Watching BT Sport on my sky q box and the picture keeps pixelating for a few seconds every 5 minutes. Started happening in the last few weeks. Would this be a sky signal issue, a box issue, or a bt issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @Sappleby92

Is it possible that vegetation or tree growth has started to impede your satellite dish signal.

You could try a Reset Settings in the hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
Press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.

Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 & 3 together.

Failing this you may need an engineer to check your dish

I have done the reset and will keep an eye on it for the next few days.

No vegetation growing

@oldfella no need to wait. Its still happening! Should I get an engineer out to look at it? How should I go about doing this?

You need to contact Sky @Sappleby92

No easy way but to persevere with phone contact
