new to sky

so im new to sky and im getting a sky q box istalled in 2 weeks so im only the sky go app at the moment but have ran into a problem\issue

i have only bought the signature pack but on the sky go app i can watch sky movies,bt sport and sky sports is this normal for the sky go app or is it a new customer thing?

With Sky Go initially you can view all channels.

Just a tempter to see what you will be missing

@nathan2021It seems to be a time limited option so people can use Q before they have the equipment installed, I expect they will disappear.

@oldfella so i wont get charged if i watch the sports or cinemas programes and is this forever free or will i get charged after a few bills

Hi @nathan2021

No you will not get charged but once the install is complete you will lose the option to view all channels

You won't be charged but equally you will not keep them very long and it will revert to just what you are subscribed too.
