      <title>No picture from minibox</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get no picture from my minibox. I've tried rebooting, switching off and on the main Sky Q box, sky router and minibox. The router has&amp;nbsp; 3 lights and have a good picture on the main box. After rebooting the minibox goes through its start up menu, red light goes out and and I eventually get the Sky menu screen for about 3 secs then screen goes blank and the tv says there's no signal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It started on Saturday I was watching tv on the minibox the picture went and I was left with a blue screen. not had a picture since. Main box is working fine. Do i need a new minibox and can I start it myself?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Keep holding it until the light on the front flashes red and green. This will take about 30 seconds. Once it flashes red and green, press the standby button on the front of the&amp;nbsp;box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This seems to be a common problem throughout.&amp;nbsp; Its obviously a Sky problem as its they supply the Mini boxes.&amp;nbsp; I never had a problem befire so I'm not too sure what or why this has happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed everyones advise, take on this problem and as an engineer I have followed the process in its/theyre entirety.&amp;nbsp; My next action is to contact Sky, as soon as they mention monies and cost both them and Sky will be history.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There are millions of Mini boxes in use: some will have problems.&amp;nbsp; There's no cost associated with getting them replaced, or having Sky installer attendance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
