      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Sky Q 1tb box. Under the apps section it says there are currently no programmes of this type.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have refreshed apps, updated software, reset the box and even unplugged at the main with no success. Does anyone know if I am&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;missing something?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3089638"&gt;@Lynnangel&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1764525"&gt;@Aroberts025&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you've tried the guide posted above and still having issues with the Apps, highlight Settings on the Home Menu and press 0,0,1 then your Select button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Reset and select Reset Settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The box will reboot itself and go through the three boot-up messages (You'll be ready to go in a couple of mins etc).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the third message has disappeared and you have a single amber light on the front of the box, point your remote at the box and press/hold 1 and 3 on the remote for 3 seconds, this will re-pair your remote to the box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Press Home button on the remote to turn box on then go back down to Settings and press 0,0,1 and Select again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go down to Apps and select Refresh All Apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As long as your Q box is connected to your broadband, the Apps should re-download to your Q box within 24 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems like you have tried alot. The on screen message is not something im aware of in the apps section. This would be something on the TV end and usually we would get you to follow this link below. I would see if there are any steps you can follow from the link relating it to apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/on-screen-message" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/on-screen-message&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Are all apps not available. It should not show an on screen message it should just take you to the apps section with no apps there. Where are you accessing the apps and what exact apps are missing. What are you trying to access? Is this in your subscription. If you could provide us with a programme or channel of what you re trying to access we may be able to assist better.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Have you checked the software on your box in settings? This may need updated. Reset your broadband router for 30 seconds on the back and allow this to reconnect again. Plug your sky box back in and try this again once your software is upto date.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried the link with the message it didn't recognise the message. I updated the software again and turned off router and reloaded the box still isn't appearing. I am not seeing any apps I was looking for the Disney plus app so don't have access to any apps Netflix Disney bbc none it just shows a message when you go down to apps on the left hand side of the menu the message is sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available. Software issue on sky end. No amount of resetting will work. Software download will happen from sky's end. Hopefully will work in the morning when they sort this issue remotely.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.
