New SkyQ box

If I order a new SkyQ box will I loose all of the films/ programmes I currently have on my current SkyQ box when I transfer the card over? This will be the second time this has happened and it's driving me insane now. Just wanted to check before I continue with ordering a new one. Thanks

hi @Cha123 yes you lose all recordings.

Any content you have purchased from SKY Store, however, can be re-downloaded onto a new box

Thank you I wanted to double check. This happened before and it's all children's things to keep them entertained. Never have any luck. Thank you 😊
