      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else ever had issues with their SkyQ box dropping the internet connection on a regular basis, as in several times a day!?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We do not use Sky broadband, and do not plan to. We have a very strong internet signal with a very powerful router, so there should be no connectivity issues at all connecting to the SkyQ box. In addition to this issue, the SkyGo app keeps disconnecting from the SkyQ box, as if the internet issues are wiping out everything at once.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have had Sky since last November and never had any connectivity issues whatsoever until about April time this year, basically when we needed things to work the most because the country was on lockdown!!! It is ridiculous that our SkyQ box keeps dropping our internet connection when there is nothing interfering with the router or signal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have gone through all the steps online to check and potentially fix the issue but nothing has helped. I'd like to have this resolved asap! Can someone get in touch to fix this mess!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had constant issues with WiFi dropping out on both of my mini boxes and on sky q app - and generally on all devices throughout house. I've had 2 engineers visit and many phone conversations with broadband technical team - I have another engineer &amp;nbsp;scheduled to visit in May to hardwire main box to router - and up to booster - if that doesn't work I think I'll go to BT as I've tried everything possible&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do not have Sky Braodband but the SkyQ box drops out very regulalry, 3-4 times a week so mu8ch so that I cannot be bothered connecting the SkyQ to the internet. Really awful service from Sky, like you have a strong broadband signal but the SkyQ box does not keep a connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been a total joke. Engineer came today, said the reason is the main Sky q box and ultrafast router and needed to change both, he also said that I didn't need a booster despite having one. He tried to change the router but the two he had would not connect (faulty he said) so left the old one. Changed the main box (lost all recordings again) reset it all and said all will work now. Well it hasn't, still issues with Sky q mini losing connectivity and freezing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I phoned help desk was told my cordless phone was too close to router, but I said I have to have it close as it's VOIP. Anyway moved away and now hoping it will sort it, they are calling back tomorrow. There will be a complaint made.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
