Green and fuzzy screen

I have recently been experiencing my screen going fuzzy and anything that should be a dark colour turns green, I get Netflix and Prime through my Sky box and it also affects them.

I have unplugged, changed ports, changed the HDMI cable and switched the box off but each of these

only resolves the issue for a matter of minutes

Hi @Hi-Viz

First see if the same happens if you change resolution to 1080i (instead of 1080p)
If you still have the issue
Try a Reset Settings in the hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
Press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair

Hi @Hi-Viz Have you ruled out a problem with the TV by using a different source like a Blu-ray player.

My TV is a week older than my upgrade but I've just plugged my Sky Q into my old TV and the picture is as it should be.

This is so frustrating 😞

I guess at least you know where the problem lies though. Hopefully the TV is still under warranty

I only got the TV at the end of March 2021 so being less than a month old there shouldn't be a problem

If you've plugged in your old TV and everything is fine, but it isnt with your new TV isn't it seems pretty clear thats where the problem lies.

Sure you wouldn't expect problems with a 1 month old TV, but it happens. If it didn't there would be no need for warranties.

I took the TV back and they replaced it so everything is working wonderfully 😊
