Hi @Bearcub737

Check that the remote is correctly paired to your TV

Press 1 & 3 together on the remote to pair

Also unfortunately some TV's need a confirm signal after you change the TV input and the Q remote is not capable of doing this. You can check with your TV remote is confirm is required
