Hi recently upgraded to sky Q , and have been using EE broadband for quite a while.

since upgrading to Sky Q it constantly looses internet connection.

all other devices remain connected, ie mobile phones , tablets etc, so assume it's a problem with sky Q.

sometimes connection can be lost 3 or 4 times a day.

my router is in the same room as tv.

it is so frustrating.

is anyone else having the same problem anyone offer any help

Then go to Settings / Setup / Network / Reset, and select Wired Connection.
