Download problem

Hello. I have downloaded the new Family Guy season 20 episodes via ITV Hub in SD. They play fine until they reach the ad break. The ad plays on screen but the episode audio continues behind it. For the rest of the entire episode the audio remains completely out with the video. This happens on all 4 new episodes! I have tried deleting and downloading again but the same problem occurs at exactly the same point.

Try a Reset Settings in the hidden menu. Don't know if it will help.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
Press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.

Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 & 3 together.

Same thing has happened to me. Think it's sky's way of forcing you to pay for HD each month 😂😂

No-one should watch TV in SD. It's a crime against eyes.
