If it is and the communal system provider has checked your feed call Sky and report the fault they should send out an engineer to check the feed and the box. If the feed is faulty they will give you some detail to provide to the system provider showing what is wrong.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When talking to Sky ensure they know you are on a communal system as you need an engineer trained on those systems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No satellite signal message on sky q box, access to on demand, recordings and apps but no live tv channels.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Communal dish in a flat no other issues in building and followed all help advise with no success.
