Removing redundant / previous sky account

I have just found I have an old Sky account which is still in existence, although no bundle, payment  or money goes out of. As I have a current, active Sky account, how can I remove the redundant one off the system?

I don’t think it is possible. As it it dormant you don’t really need to worry about it.

Well under GDPR Sky needs to provide the right of removal

...and bear in mind that the previous posts in this thread were from February - long before GDPR became live.
