Hi Counrtney000,

 

I believe that you are on the TV guide rather than the SkyGo pages as the TV guide would only give you the option of record however if you go to this link this will give you the SkyGo pages.

i have down loaded sky go to my laptop. everything is working, but the tv guide. the tv guide will only let me record and not watch the program.
