error code 200

internet keeps dropping out, i  have no idea why, went to test broadband and this code came up error code 200 unable to detect the internet connection. help

Hi cazzza,

 

It's not good reading to see you are having Broadband trouble, can you tell me what lights are appearing on your your router please? Can you confirm whether or not you have tried these steps for connection issues

 

Could you also tell me what telephone socket you are in please? 

 

If you could answer these questions for me please and post back, we will try to see if we can help you further.

All Lights are on And Broardband Is Very Slow !!!

Hi there gt61973.  Thanks for contacting SkyHelpTeam with your post.

 

Could you please confirm that the telephone socket that you have chosen to connect your router to is the main one?
