I am experiencingthe same problem and i am finding customer support to be extremely unhelpful. I have been charged£25.00 for the most recent incident.
No! i have not made the call
No!There is no one else who could have>
If this isnt resovled i will have to change my supplier. I need to be confident that my phone line is secure and that it is not being used to rob me.

Have you tried searching on the internet to check who the number belongs to?

just found one of these numbers on my next bill funny thing is my phone line isnt working ,so how did i phone the number ??????
you dont think im paying it do you ,
sky is a waste of time ive had no phone line now for over 2 weeks and the cheeky sods think im paying for a service that is broke.
sort it sky or you will have tons of customers leaving

Hi, im having the same problem...its usually a couple of pounds but this months bill it £8.91. I signed up to TPS a while back but it hasnt changed anything. We don't use our landline that often and there have been times of the day when i've been in the room (working) and the phone has not rung yet i've been charged for a call. How is this possible. To be honest its making me want to leave SKY.
This should not be happening.

I have only used the phone twice this month, both for local numbers. (Which I have been billed for) Its a no to all of the points above! How can I be billed for a call coming in? Especially when I know i've been in the room and the phone hasnt even rung?! That particular day there were three calls all a few minutes apart resulting in charges of over £3.00. The last call was 1 hour...

I have only just noticed I am also being charged for NGN numbers. It is a call made at the same time on the same day one week apart. I get one every 7 days at 16 minutes past midnight and yet my phone never rings at this time. The only reason i noticed this month was because I was in hospital on the day 2 of the calls were supposedly made or received so i know they are calls that have never been answered. I pay for call cbarring too so why am I being charged every week fot thiese non existent calls
