weak or no signal check aerial cable connection and saved channels message nothing is working

 

I turned the tv on and the picture was frozen nothing when I tried to change channel so rebooted and now have message coming up saying weak or no signal check aerial cable connection and saved channels message, had a message pop up saying no saved channels and to tune but didn't have chance to click the ok button thats gone have now tried the step by step help button and tried phoning sky who are having technical difficulties so not answering ??? have other boxes in the house and they are all working help

Just had the same, suddenly went off this morning, weak or no sigmal message and when i rebooted everything the tv was asking me to auto tune to find channels. Finally figured it out from another forum! With sky box on and TV at the weak or no signal message, press source on your tv remote. Choose HDMI and OK. The channels came back on. My dog had run off with the tv remote earlier and must have changed the source when he grabbed it. Try this anyway, and good luck
