A terrible installation and no telly for Christmas

 Firstly I need  my problem with Sky resolved and secondly to I would want to make a formal complaint about the dreadful state of affairs with sky installation and service here. Firstly we had Sky reinstalled after 'coming back to Sky' in October.They never came the day they said and came when we were on holiday , but luckily my friend was here.It was supposed to be Sky plus, HD, and multiroom, and they never put in the multiroom, and still haven't.Thats one issue.Secondly they used our old Sky dish, and old cabling which had been poorly installed by the last Sky installer 8 years ago.The Skydish was very rusty,the cabling across the path and shortly after installation we lost picture, as the dish was moving in the wind. I phoned Sky and was told that they would have to get back to me as they weren't able to book a date for repair, as there was no date available on the system. That has now gone on for weeks, and meanwhile the Sky installers are here busy installing new systems on the island,I know because they installed one in my holiday house, and installed a new system in one of my employees houses after a week. Meanwhile my daughter took ill with meningitis and had no telly to come home to when she was out of hospital.Everytime I phone Sky , I am told there is a problem and they can't organise an engineer. They are unable to book any dates.I phoned the engineers today directly ( AVC) and they said that they are unable to take the job unless Sky says so, and there is no reason that Sky can't book.And so we are in a loop. I am desperate and my husband who is a journalist is furious. So I want television that works, quite desperately.I don't want to wait months, and some sort of explanation of what has gone wrong and how you are going to solve it in the future.

First of all, I would like to apologise for the level of customer service you have experienced so far.  It is not the opinion we want our new customers to have of us.
