Sky ID verification

Hi.

 

When I first created my Sky ID a few years ago, it wasn't verified with my account.

 

About 2 or 3 years ago, I verified it using either billing information or viewing card information.

 

I am able to see my bill and other account information but when I go on the Sky Movies Christmas Offer page (https://my.sky.com/mysky/upgrade/christmas-offer/index.html), it says I need to verify my Sky ID. I click on the link "Verify Sky ID" and it takes me to the My Sky homepage.

 

Any fix for this?

Checked the Help and Support link you posted and went to the support article "Linking your Sky iD to a household account". Clicked on the link on the article and still get sent to My Sky homepage. 

 

Still not working.

Still not working. The Sky Movies Christmas Offer link still tells me to verify and still does take me to the My Sky homepage.

 

Also, I'm unable to add additional users as it says I'm not verified although I can see the bill.

Thanks for getting back to me. This is rather frustrating that this still seems to be causing you problems. I appreciate you have tried to follow steps given to you, however can you follow the steps below.

 

1. Click here and go to the link that says 'link your Sky iD to your Sky household account'.

2. Once you have done that it should take you to My Sky homepage and and the Christmas offer should be on that page. If you click on that, it should take you to another page and it will then ask you to verify your Sky iD.

 

Let me know how you get on with this.

Followed all your steps and still hasn't worked. Still get taken to My Sky homepage on the link in the help article and on the Christmas offer page.

Could you try applying this offer from the website using another browser? See if this still directs you to the MySky homepage.

I have tried clicking through that link and it is doing the same for me in that I end up at www.sky.com, something is not right somewhere...

I am having the exact same problem as others. I click to verify my Sky ID and get sent back to the Christmas offers page. Is there a solution to this irritating problem

Hi All, 

 

I have tried to replicate this fault in case I had to escalate this for investigation.

 

I managed to verify my own secondary account successfully using Firefox. Can I ask if you have tried another browser to see if this resolves the issue.

Hi, I have the same problem, i keep getting a message that i'm not the primary account holder, i'm the only account holder and my ID and password are correct.....did anyone get this resolved ???
