Hi.
When I first created my Sky ID a few years ago, it wasn't verified with my account.
About 2 or 3 years ago, I verified it using either billing information or viewing card information.
I am able to see my bill and other account information but when I go on the Sky Movies Christmas Offer page (https://my.sky.com/mysky/upgrade/christmas-offer/i
Any fix for this?

Checked the Help and Support link you posted and went to the support article "Linking your Sky iD to a household account". Clicked on the link on the article and still get sent to My Sky homepage.
Still not working.

Still not working. The Sky Movies Christmas Offer link still tells me to verify and still does take me to the My Sky homepage.
Also, I'm unable to add additional users as it says I'm not verified although I can see the bill.

Thanks for getting back to me. This is rather frustrating that this still seems to be causing you problems. I appreciate you have tried to follow steps given to you, however can you follow the steps below.
1. Click here and go to the link that says 'link your Sky iD to your Sky household account'.
2. Once you have done that it should take you to My Sky homepage and and the Christmas offer should be on that page. If you click on that, it should take you to another page and it will then ask you to verify your Sky iD.
Let me know how you get on with this.

I have tried clicking through that link and it is doing the same for me in that I end up at www.sky.com, something is not right somewhere...

Hi, I have the same problem, i keep getting a message that i'm not the primary account holder, i'm the only account holder and my ID and password are correct.....did anyone get this resolved ???
