Due to an error when i had my sky connected (subscribed to sky+ but on installation enginneer could not complete as i had no phone line which is nonsense) i now have 2 accounts listed although only one is active. I therefore cannot upgrade etc online and have to go through all the waiting and transfering by customer services which i just do not want to do. How do i get the inactive account cleared so i can use the online upgrade services?

Hi OrlaghD,
To manage the active account online, you would need to create a new Sky iD by following the Sign Up process.
Once a Sky iD has been created and associated with an account it cannot be changed.
