Cannot receive or make phone calls so cannot call support to report the problem

However can still use the internet (fingers crossed)  so I guess all I can do now is complain here and hope that someone will be around soon to fix it LOL

You could try live chat.When you get to option 3 wait until the red icon turns green,then start to chat.

Unfortunately, there is no Live Chat support for Sky Talk faults at the moment. However in the he first instance, I would suggest having a thorough go at this guide. 

Give the steps a go and come back to us and let us know how you got on.
