Had to call on a number of times now, Problem still not sorted its been over a week with no telephone or broadband, a few telephone lines on my street went down and have been back up and running since Monday. All i get told is there nothing can be done till at least Tuesday 19th July and even then it could be weeks till its sorted! The 3 rd Lady i spoke to really needs some re training, she has been the worst, she tried telling me my password was wrong! she had accessed the wrong account based on the telephone i called on.....She was adamant she would not help me. How could i call on a telephone that was not working. So i did end up getting a bit snappy as i had told the computer voice to begin with my post code etc. In the end she asked what thelephone number i was calling about, Yeah the silly lady then worked out i was the right person! But she was no help as she said there was nothing she could do, I stressed that i did need the internet and she said its a luxury and i should not rely on it......THATS ALL I WANTED TO HEAR! I did avise i i could not get out of work next week and needed some to call me this week, basically i got told tuff! . Dont think it will be resolved any time in the near future, due to the really bad expereince i dont think i will be able to stay with Sky once this has been sorted, it has really come apparent after the number of phone calls that Sky really dont care and dont really care if they have the business of me or not.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having these issues.
Firstly, has anyone mentioned why this can't be sorted until the 19th of July? It sounds as if work might be getting carried out by BT Openreach in your area if the contact centre adviser have provided timescales like this.
Were you advised to carry out any technical troubleshooting at all? Are you aware of a fault being raised to second tier support at all?
