Hi

i have a full subscription to sky and sky multi room, so i have sky player on my xbox and none on my pcs registerd, but when i try to watch sky player on my freeview with fetch tv says cant reg device?

any ideas

What happens when you try to use it? Does it ask for the user details?

Hi innsy, Is it letting you log in then giving the error?

If you check your registered devices does it show up there? If it shows a Fetch TV box could you try removing it then try to register again.

The only thing that happens is when I try to log on with my freeview fetch tv box it asks me for my login details so I type that in and a error appears saying im afraid we cant register your device, please check registered devices at blah blah blah, the only thing that is registered is my xbox. I have logged on through pc to check if its my freeview has even somehow listed in my registered devices but only shows my xbox??

Ive got thinking that maybe you can only have 1 xbox and 4 pcs registered, and not 1 xbox and 1 freeview box some crap rule, i hope im wrong?

Hi innsy, I've looked into this and you can either have an Xbox 360 or a Fetch TV box registered for Sky Player but not both, sorry.
