Sky player & multiple Xbox 360's

Hello,

I am a Sky customer, I have downloaded Sky Player onto my Xbox 360 and it works perfectly, I bought my daughter a Xbox 360 for her birthday, which she keeps in her bedroom, I have downloaded Sky Player onto her console, but she can't use the services as I have already used my Skyid on my console.

Any help appreciated.

Sky player can only be used on one xbox 360 and up to 4 computers at one time - you also can only watch premium content on the primary device but the primary device can be change up to 5 times a month using the manage my account tools. - brilliant service though, personally rather the xbox layout next to the pc one.

Re: Sky player & multiple Xbox 360's

Just to clarify you can only watch on one device at a time. You can have 1 Xbox360 or Fetch TV box and up to 4 PC's registered at any one time, you can then only make one change per month after this limit is reached.

Re: Sky player & multiple Xbox 360's

Hey Robert.. with the one device at a time are you refering to watching it in general ? As theres been plenty of times i've used it on my laptop when the other gang were watching it on the xbox its just with the premiums that didnt work at the same time on both pc and xbox since my laptop is the primary user - sorry if you were talking about something else just would like to be sure :smileyvery-happy:

Re: Sky player & multiple Xbox 360's

Hi Skytime,

It is not possible to watch Sky Player with the same Sky iD on multiple XBOX 360 Consoles. The Sky Player service on XBOX360 is not the same as Sky Player on PC.

Only one XBOX 360 Console can be registered against a Sky iD at a time and this is counted within the device limits as mentioned by Robert-B above.

Re: Sky player & multiple Xbox 360's

Hey Robert, ya i realise it can only be used on one xbox 360 with gold membership to xbox live at any one time but as Robert-b said * can only be used on one device at a time* and i just want to make sure that people don't get confused and think they can only watch it on either the xbox or a pc at the same time when you can do both its just the premiums that cannot be watched on multiple devices at the same time as they can only be viewed on the primary registered device that cane be changed up to 5 times a month.. - that is jsut want i want to clarify! Cheers, Steve.
