Sky Player

Hi,

For Christmas I want to get my brother the Sky Player on his XBox, now I've asked in game stores, and they said I had to check if box has internet capabilities and to buy the Gold membership, but didn't specify about the Sky side of things. So,

1. How do I set it up?
2. Will it have to be my Skyid or can he use his own?
3. Do I have to have logged into Sky Player on the laptop?
4. How much is it if I have multiroom and Sky Broadband already?
5. How many different users can be logged into Sky Player on 1 laptop?
6. How do I notify Sky?
7. How many things can use the router? (As I am interested in the Anytime+ but that's for another post.)

2. It will be your Sky ID

3. If you are watching Sky Player through the XBox then no, but you will have to login to use it on your laptop.

4. Free if you have multiroom although you will only be able to watch the live channels you subscribe to via your Sky Box

5. You can watch Sky Player live TV in your web browser on up to 4 computers.

6. Notify them about what, you can either phone them or use the contact us link at the top of this page.

7. Wired - 4 although you can run hubs and so off any of the 4 connections. Wirelsssly - Loads.

i have 

• Entertainment Pack with Movies Pack
• Sky+ Subscription
  but can only watch sky news through sky player on xbox. Yes all my acount info is right as it worked about 3 months ago

Hi benpetben, is it on demand or live content you are trying to watch? You need multiroom, Sky Broadband Unlimited or a Sky Player multiroom subscription to watch live TV.

Can I register my xbox as the main computer for sky and if so how do i do it? I am having some problems.

Hi phil123, you can have one Xbox 360 or Fetch TV box set as primary in addition to one PC or Mac being primary. Are you getting an error message?
