Whilst the Man. C. V. Tottenham game is currently showing on SS HD1 in the bottom right hand corner it has La Liga with the red button. However i have been trying to access it for the last 20 minutes and all i get is "please wait" then after a while... Then the folllowing box appears... FOR YOUR INFORMATION There are no interactive services available Please try later Press BACK UP to cancel.

Now i know that Sky Sports News HD has on its ticker that the Real Madrid v. Getafe game on SS HD1 Red Button from 9pm yet it doesn't work. :-(

One word... SHAMBOLIC!

It's not the first time this has happened for me. Another reason why I've cancelled my account and saying bye end of the month.

It is absolutely pathetic, and an infuriatingly regular occurance. If Sky can't properly provide the service, they shouldn't advertise it. It's one thing after another with them for me at the moment and I'm starting to get very tired of it.

I had the same problem of not being able to see the result of pressing the red button but I persevered and it eventually obliged.  So do keep at it.

Sorry this wasn't responded to earlier. If you have this issue again I would suggest trying a planner rebuild to resolve this issue.

Already did that after my initial post last night, LauraMac! Made no difference to me at least...

I do have all Sky Sports channels and the HD pack.

No, it shows CN Too on ch. 602.
