Can anyone help (short of; copy to dvd)

Can I transfer my existing planner and recordings from the sky+ box to the new HD box?

and how?

Hi Churlton, it is not possible to copy programmes from the planner on one Sky+ or Sky+HD box to another Sky+ or Sky+HD box. You can however record the programmes from your planner on the Sky+ box to DVD or VCR.
