Just had sky installed a week or so ago but when trying to bring up schedule information for the forthcoming days it just says "Further Schedule Information Not Available"
I've tried doing a planner rebuild to no avail
Anyone had / having this problem and know of a fix?

Can you switch the box off and unplug from the mains, leave for 5 mins then switch it all back on to see if this helps?
If you can let me know how you get on that would be great?

If a planner rebuild doesnt work you could try a full system reset, however this would lose all recordings. You could do a viewing card reset which involves:
1. Taking your viewing card out.
2. Turn the box off at the plug, then turn back on so it sits on a red or amber light.
3. Once green, press tv guide and then go to all channels.
4. put viewing card back in.
