          I've learned from a forum message that the Sky store will be unavailable to access after the 30th November. Would someone kindly tell me why it has not been available this week? I would like to recover some photos before they get wiped off of your system. Thank you, Steve Sopp

Unfortunately our sky store and share service will be unavailable from December 1st, this has obviously brought a lot of attention from the community and your query has been answered here.

I've been trying all week to access my account to retreive photos , It's no good informing the customer that Sky Store and share is closing if the customer cant actually access their account which means they loose everything they have stored. Very disappointing, I would think that in this day and age SKY would be able to keep up with technology.

Welcome to the forum, I'm sorry to see you are having problems accessing Store & Share, we're not aware of any issues with this service at present. Can you tell us what happens when you try to access it?

When I click on the link in the email that sky sent to sign in to my account a new page opens, after signing in I am then informed

what good is this, I have been trying all week and am still no further forward, time is running out for me to retreive my photos. What a terrible service.

• Your Sky iD.
• Your email address.
• Whether you are a basic / standard or premium customer?
• If you have changed your email address or password recently?
• Whether you are a regular user, or a returning user?
