Hi
My sky email page is all fragmented, the buttons are'nt where they supposd to be. Can this be put right cos it's doing my nut in.

Mine too! However it must be something to do with a setting on my computer as my daughters laptop it's fine with. Have tried calling sky for help but they had no idea either! Will keep trying, good luck

Mine is OK.
If you are having problems trying pressing the CTRL button and the F5 key on your keyboard together at the same time. If that doesn't work trying closing down your browser and then loading it up again.

Page not found / 404
The common 404 or "Not Found" error message means that your web browser has attempted to load a website, but the server was unable to find the page you requested.
I get this when I click on web pages in emails in my inbox. I have to copy and paste to get them.
Please help.

Hi Malcolm,
I can get the contacts thro Outlook Express on my other computer, but not from my Sky inbox in my main computer. (Outlook Express, which you got working for me, is on my second computer which has Windows XP. My main computer has Windows 7 and OE is not compatible? with Windows 7)
If you can solve this one I would be grateful

SKY mail INBOX. When I click on any links, includind such as "Store and Share" "Calendar" etc or any web page in emails I get a blank screen. or no response whatever I never had any of this with Virgin and Outlook Express; what is the solution?

Hi, usually if pages are not loading on our email and tools service deleting your cookies and restarting the browser will help.

Malcolm, Whe I click on "deleting your cookies" I get the same problem of nothing happening. Can you explain more about deleting your cookies and restart your browser.

Sure. Go to tools, Internet options and click on delete. Make sure cookies is the only box ticked and click delete. Shut down any open IE windows and open a fresh one.
