Hi,
I've been promised 20mbp internet speeds and pay for the service.
However we have done several speed checks and discovered that we are recieving internet speeds as low as 0.07 mbp which is by anyones standard disgracefully low.
We have done tests at the following times on 9th July 2011
12:15am - dwnload speed : 0.188 mbp upload : 0.665 mbp
12:16am - dwnload speed: 0.707 mbp upload : 0.670 mbp
12:17am - dwnload speed: 0.343 mbp upload : 0.670 mbp
12:18am - dwnload speed: 0.429 mbp upload : 0.673 mbp
12:20am - dwnload speed: 0.480 mbp upload : 0.669 mbp
These are the exact times at which they where taken. These times are the times where internet traffic is at its lowest and the speed was lowest too. These are unnaceptable speeds at prices that are worth the promised 20mbp. We would like to hear from you soon and a solution to this problem asap otherwise i have no choice but to switch network as internet is too slow for the work and usage needed in my household.
Thank You
Ariff Idris

Hi BRIT+KAYAN,
I understand your frustration, if your line speed is constantly dropping it usually indicates a problem with set-up, this can be caused by a number of things from a faulty microfilter to devices being connected to your line which are not filtered correctly.
Can you tell us where your router is currently connected, is it connected to the master socket or an extension?
If you have a test socket (see picture below) can you try connecting the router directly to this using a microfilter and removing all other devices from the line, once you've done this please post another set of stats from the router so that we can compare the line conditions.
Thanks,
