Same for me in Witney, Oxfordshire.
They've confirmed on the phone their 'test tool' didn't get a response from their kit in the exchange.
They couldn't confirm to me if it was a BT or Sky issue.
Helpful that their Status Checker says there are no faults/outages, but on the phone they say "Oh yes, we've had a few calls like this today"?!?

Not working in Southampton either, certain websites ok, but can't connect to my work VPN.
Notice that phone is different, voice mail service different and dial tone not the same, we had a letter saying the phone network was being changed, is this the cause of the problem?
Can't get through to sky, I guess eveybody is trying!!
Not happy!!!!!!!! Getting a bit sick of sky, constant problems with TV too, maybe time to change to Virgin Media???

Woke up this morning to find that I couldn't use Ebay or Google amongst other sites. Not even going to bother to call Sky, I reckon they're inundated. Sounds like a nationwide problem, I'm in Bournemouth.

Phew!! Glad I am not the only one!!!! I'm in Devizes, Wiltshire and it's not working here either. Have been on hold for nearly 60 mins too so think I will just hang up and let them sort the issue as guess Sky have got the message by now!! LOL ![]()

For me the Router cant get access. The connection status says Access Denied. The Router can negotiate a speed but simply cant log in to Skys servers.
