I'm wondering if anybody can give me some advice. I have just signed up to switch my phone and broadband to sky from BT. I am keeping my same number and when I go through the switching guide, it says that they will Sky will speak to BT to cancel my broadband and phone service with BT on the same day and switch them to Sky. However, I have now had an activation date of 15/2/12 for broadband and 20/2/12 for Phone. My phone and broadband is bundled with BT so if the services get switched on different days, I don't know what impact this will have on my BT bill. Can anybody offer adivce on this. Is it right that they are being switched seperately??

I can not speak for your old provider however, you will only get charged for the services you have from Sky from the day you go live.
Sky will contact your old provider on your behalf but if you are worried I would recommend you contact then yourself. If nothing else it will put your mind at rest.
