hi
When I test the Ping on my connection using http://www.pingtest.net I get varied results.
I had my Max delay set to 8 on the 7th March. This improved the ping times but recenty my pings will go from good to bad, it'll start at 39ms and then jump up to 45-200 and the jitter will go from 2-4 to 20-80. There is also packet loss at times.

Ethernet or wireless? Why not just run a ping test from your PC? Remote tests are unreliable due to server loads etc sometimes.

There has been some backhaul issues recently might be a good idea to check and see if you are in the affected area.
Could also have an issue with the attenuator in the router
What package are you on?
