Recordings do not appear in planner

Suddenly I am finding that anything I set to record via my iPad or iPhone app. Are not appearing in the apps planner, but are being recorded. This obviously makes it difficult to know if I am like to clash with other recordings.

Thanks for taking the time to post and welcome.

 

So I can help and assist you further, can you confirm if you are signed into both sections off the app when setting a recording? Are you signed in to remote record?

Yes I am signed in. This problem only appeared a day or two ago, the recordings set to record prior to this appear ok and recordings that have recorded appear also.

Okay can i ask you to de-install the app, reboot your device then re-install it.
