I just needed to vent my anger and confusion regarding a lack of £100 vouchers from my order at the beginning of December. I am apparently not eligble because Sky have to get external installers to put my Sky in as I'm in apartments.
How on EARTH is it my fault that I am not eligble for vouchers (especially when nobody even mentions this to me) because seperate installers have to come in? I am not verse on Skys policies so how can I possibly know this?
I really will take my complaint as far as I can go both internally with Sky and externally if their decision is not fair. The only resolution I can accept is £100.00 vouchers and I dont even want an apology it could just be a mistake but I trully am livid.
Below is a note of my complaint and I expect a swift reply.
P.s. It is a shame because I had quite good dealings with sky over the last two months and cant knock their staff!
Hi I am utterly, utterly disgusted and appalled with Skys "offer" of £100 M&S Vouchers. I have been waiting nearly two months so used my own mobile minutes to ring you and enquire where they are only to be told i'm not eligable because I live in apartments?! The way I see it is thatI moved to Sky because having just moved into a new flat £100 M&S vouchers would come in handy. I ordered my Sky online and paid an inital £10.00 charge. At which point Top Line Digital rang me to organise an installation date and confirm the process. At no point were a lack of vouchers mentioned then and never have they been mentioned in the future. It is just so scandalous that you can simply say "not eligble" when clearly I did as instructed by applying online. I expect a swift resolution of NOTHING else but the vouchers and clarification of why nobody would even of mentioned this too me? Its actually very frustrating. The worst point of this is that there seems to be countless "delays" and "issues" regarding people on the internet and Sky forums not receiving these vouchers. Forgive me if I'm missing something but surely its an Extremely simple process as to who and when people receive vouchers. I have also brought this up with a live chat agent earlier this month who confirmed vouchers are issued within 45 days of installation AGAIN no mention of not receiving it. I cannot remember the exact date I spoke to the agent but I'm sure it will be on your records. I look forward to your urgent reply. Concerned NEW customer. Jack
