I can't download Mcafee Internet seurity suite, I tried many times it gives me this message:

A free trial of McAfee Internet Security Suite is only available free to Sky Broadband subscribers. If you're not currently a Sky Broadband customer please visit our Broadband page to select the Sky Broadband product that's right for you.

Alternatively visit the Sky Security Centre for alternative security products available to help better protect your computer and your family online.

I am a sky customer I don't know what's wrong.

Hi Sammy321, 

Sorry to see this, the issue you are experiencing can be caused by a mis-match between your Sky iD and your Sky Account. McAfee can only be downloaded from our site if you are logged in using the Primary Sky iD associated with your account.

To check this can you log in to www.sky.com/mysky using the same details, then select Bills & payments from the My Account menu?

If your Sky bill shows and you have the options to change payment details etc then your Sky iD is verified and we'll need to look into this issue further.

If however your Sky bill does not show this indicates you may be using a secondary Sky iD & we'll need to retreive the primary Sky iD username for your account.

Note: A Primary Sky iD may have been created automatically for you when you joined Sky broadband if you didn't already have one. If this is the case we should be able to retrieve the username so that you can reset the password and use this Sky iD to download McAfee.

Thank you for getting back to us.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to amend the Primary login details that were initially saved for you, it is possible to amend your personal details by logging in with this.

When you login to MySky you can create up to 9 other secondary ID profiles and e-mail addresses but your Primary ID will remain with the spelling error I'm afraid.
