sky+ HD Box wifi connection problems

We have the new sky+HD WIFI box which was working fine....until we had to replace our old modem and router (VIRGIN MEDIA) with a superhub.  Now all the On Demand channels we could access before are now not available.  We have tried many times to reset via the NETWORK on the tv by connecting with a password and then connecting with WPS PIN (unable to connect with WPS button as the HUB doesn't have one.  I even tried to reset the WPS button on the sky box - but nothing has worked).


I tried the online chat and an advisor sent me a link to try, but the link was for the same instructions that i followed via the sky box instructions.


Anyone else have this problem?  or can offer any advice before i phone sky

Exactly same problems - changed router and lost access. Did you ever find a resolution?
